Connor Sturgess, CFP®, is the Chief of Staff at Financial Independence, LLC and a Financial Advisor with Level Four Financial. Since joining the firm in 2018, Connor has grown from intern to a key leader within the organization, playing an integral role in firm operations, client strategy, and investment implementation. His work spans financial planning, portfolio management, and helping ensure a consistent, disciplined experience for every client the firm serves.
Connor earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University in May 2020. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, one of the most respected designations in the financial planning profession, demonstrating his commitment to fiduciary responsibility, technical expertise, and comprehensive planning. In addition, he maintains Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses and is Bloomberg Certified.
Connor is passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity and confidence around their financial decisions. He believes financial planning is not just about investments, but about building a strategy that aligns money with purpose, reduces risk, and creates long term security.
